Registration

To guarantee registration and housing prices, the preliminary early registration deadline is April 23, 2019. Late registration will be available until May 15, 2019, but will not include housing and may be subject to additional fees.

 

When applying, please select one of three options for housing. After your application is complete, payment can be completed through the link provided in the application or found below. Please see the Venue and Travel section for more lodging information.

Rates:
Registration only ($650) - housing is not included.

Registration + shared dorm room ($875) - registration fee with lodging in a shared dorm room on-campus.

Registration + single dorm room ($1050) - registration fee with lodging in a single dorm room on-campus.

(Registration is non-refundable. If you decide to not attend qBio2019 after you have paid your registration and housing, you will not be able to receive a refund.)

 

Financial Assistance

If you are interested in receiving financial assistance, please indicate so during registration in the provided short response area. Assistance will be provided via external donations and are subject to availability.

 

Registration for qBio 2019 is closed -except for a few individual corrections.

Submit Abstract

If you are interested in presenting a poster, poster spotlight (a poster with a very short talk to introduce the poster), or a talk, please download the Abstract Template (pdf) (docx) (LaTeX) to complete an Abstract Submission. Please complete a one page submission and then upload it at the link below as a .pdf file. The deadline for abstract submissions is March 25, 2019.

We will continue to accept abstract submissions for posters through April 23, 2019. 

Posters should be 4 ft wide and 3 ft high (48" X 36")​

The program committee will let you know if you have been selected to give a poster or a talk. If selected, you will need to complete registration by the preliminary May 15, 2019 late deadline in order to attend and present.
